Terms and Conditions – Manchester Festive Wheel at Albert Square
By purchasing a ticket to the Manchester Festive Wheel at Albert Square, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Tickets and Entry

All riders must hold a valid ticket for the date and two-hour time slot selected. Tickets can be used at any time within the chosen slot.

Tickets may be presented digitally or as a printed copy.

Children under 1.4 metres in height must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The operator reserves the right to request proof of ticket purchase before boarding.
2. Refunds and Cancellations

All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of an unplanned closure of the Wheel due to severe weather, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If the Wheel is temporarily closed, your ticket will remain valid for a rebooked date or an alternative time (subject to availability).
3. Gondolas and Seating

Each gondola can accommodate up to six passengers.

Gondolas may be shared during busy periods.

Guests who prefer a private experience can purchase an Exclusive Gondola Ticket, which includes a private gondola for up to six people, fast-track boarding, and a complimentary photo print.
4. Safety and Conduct

All visitors must follow staff instructions at all times.

Standing, rocking, smoking, vaping, or consuming food or drink inside the gondolas is strictly prohibited.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry without refund.

The operator reserves the right to remove any person behaving inappropriately or posing a safety risk.
5. Weather and Operational Changes

The Wheel operates in most weather conditions. However, for safety reasons, it may close during high winds, lightning, or other extreme conditions.

The operator reserves the right to stop or suspend rides at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary for safety or maintenance.
6. Accessibility

Step-free access and an accessible gondola is available for visitors who require this.

Guests needing additional assistance are advised to speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
7. Photography and Media

Personal photography is welcome. Please ensure all devices are securely held during the ride.

Commercial photography or filming must be approved in advance.

By entering the attraction, visitors consent to the use of their image in any incidental promotional photography or media taken on-site.
8. Liability

The operator accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained while on or around the attraction, except where caused by negligence.
